This role suits a resilient, detail-oriented accountant who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for long-term contributors with a continuous improvement mindset - ideally individuals with exposure to e-commerce who are eager to optimize how our finance operations run globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Payment Operations: Track payments end-to-end (from request and approval to execution and recording), maintaining clean and up-to-date supporting schedules.
Cost Allocation: Accurately allocate spend to designated accounts and cost centers, applying allocation rules consistently across financial cycles.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile assigned balance sheet and operational accounts, investigate variance, and clear open items prior to close.
Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with VAS (and US GAAP under guidance), delivering quality deliverables on schedule.
Records & Audit Readiness: Maintain organized, comprehensive transaction documentation to ensure all records are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks in daily workflows and implement practical enhancements - such as standardized templates or automated trackers.
