This position is responsible for managing daily hotel operations to achieve planned goals for revenue and profit while maintaining standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection; provide leadership, training, direction and support to hotel employees; maintain a high-quality product.
Recommend the hotel's budget, marketing and business strategies and manages within approved plans and objectives. He/she is responsible for the direct supervision of the hotel's managers and the indirect supervision of all hotel employees.
Responsible for the overall satisfaction and achievement of the hotel's goals.
Develop and manage the hotel's budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize profitability and achieve financial targets.
Develop strategies, directions, and implementation plans for the hotel's business operations, marketing activities, and brand promotion.
Responsible for business performance and hotel operations management to ensure good business growth results according to the Company's target plan.
Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of all departments within the hotel at all times.
Lead and guide department heads to effectively control costs and achieve revenue targets.
Delivery and ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counseling and development of team members according to the changing needs of the business and compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal regulations.
Build a professional, efficient working environment that strongly reflects Japanese culture, with particular emphasis on training staff in accordance with OMOTENASHI hospitality standards.
Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships within local authorities.
Participate in the planning and preparation of staffing, infrastructure, business strategies, marketing activities, and other essential tasks for the hotel pre-opening.

Over 10 years of experience in operational management of 4-star hotels or resorts, including 3 years in a General Manager position.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Japanese-style hotel operations.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in managing all hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Security.
Strong understanding and deep knowledge of Japanese culture.
Well-versed in Japanese-style service standards and hotel operational procedures.
Candidates with experience in the pre-opening phase of 4- to 5-star hotels will be given priority.
Proficient in business English.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
