Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to enhance the resort's brand positioning and market presence in both domestic and international markets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and strengthen the resort's competitive advantage.
Plan and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the resort's business objectives and brand guidelines.
Lead
digital marketing, advertising, PR, social media, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, visibility, and customer engagement.
Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, influencers, and key marketing stakeholders to maximize promotional exposure.
Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials, ensuring all communications are consistent with brand standards.
Collaborate with operational departments to develop marketing initiatives that promote the resort's key revenue streams including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Events.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, and brand impact, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Represent the resort in marketing events, promotional activities, and industry networking opportunities when required.
Perform other duties assigned by Management as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and marketing communications.
Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
