Production Management & Planning
Manage and execute production plans, ensuring all departments meet productivity and output quotas.
Plan production and prepare resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate within the factory supply chain, including wash and print operations, ensuring color accuracy and technical specification compliance.
Quality & Cost Optimization
Ensure product quality meets standards and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Implement effective solutions for managing production costs and maintaining control within the approved monthly budget.
Organizational Development & Workforce Management
Design and maintain an organizational structure suitable for factory requirements.
Assign functions and duties to departments and calculate labor norms.
Evaluate and arrange personnel, mentor management teams, and develop succession plans.
Propose effective compensation and welfare policies to maintain workforce stability.
Asset & Technology Management
Plan and exploit equipment efficiency, organize maintenance, and propose machinery replacement or upgrades.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's or College degree in a relevant field.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experience in the knitwear industry.
Strong ability to calculate budgets, break-even points, and labor staffing.
Skills & Competencies
Basic English proficiency.
Strong organizational, production planning, and quality control skills.
Ability to control machinery performance and optimize production efficiency.
Personality & Attitude
Capable of effective leadership, mentoring, and personnel arrangement.
Proactive in proposing operational improvements and labor policies.
