II. Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within established companies or large corporations
• Strong background in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, or
Business Development• Preferred candidates are those who have held positions such as: Executive Assistant to Chairman/BOD/CEO/Deputy CEO;
Business Development Director/Manager; Partnership Manager;
Sales Manager• Experience working in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Securities, Retail, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Event Management, Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals
• Established, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers within corporate organizations (C-levels, Directors, Heads of Departments, etc.)
• Strong networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert partnerships into tangible business results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
