Handle mass recruitment for factory workers, sewing operators, textile operators, technicians, and production support staff.
Develop and manage recruitment channels to attract blue-collar workers effectively.
Coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs, local hiring campaigns, and labor market activities.
Build and maintain relationships with local labor suppliers, vocational schools, and recruitment partners.
Support manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring demands.
Conduct candidate screening, interview arrangement, onboarding, and joining follow-up.
Monitor recruitment status, hiring progress, and labor market trends.
Prepare recruitment reports and manpower data analysis.
Support retention activities and improve worker joining rates.
Coordinate closely with production departments to support urgent manpower needs.

Experience Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 2-5 years of recruitment experience in garment, textile, footwear, or manufacturing factories.
Strong experience in mass hiring for factory workers.
English communication.
Familiar with labor market conditions and blue-collar recruitment channels.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle urgent hiring requirements.
Good Excel and reporting skills.
Willing to travel for recruitment activities if required.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
Experience in factory setup or ramp-up stage.
Existing labor recruitment network in garment/textile industry.
Leadership or team management experience for Supervisor level.
Personal Quality Requirement:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent communication abilities, adept at interpersonal interactions and demonstrating proficiency in public relation.
Integrity and fairness, free from bad habits, and treats others equitably.
High dedication and resilience, able to thrive in high-pressure environments with a positive and proactive mindset.
Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience.
