Student Counseling:
Oversee the provision of comprehensive counseling services to students interested in studying abroad.
Ensure that students receive accurate and up-to-date information on international education opportunities, application processes, and visa requirements.
Assist students in identifying programs and institutions that align with their academic and career goals.
Program Development:
Develop and maintain partnerships with international educational institutions.
Organize and participate in study abroad fairs, workshops, and informational sessions.
Stay informed about trends and changes in international education to continually improve counseling services.
Team Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for the counseling team to keep them updated on the latest developments in international education.
Encourage professional development and continuous learning among team members.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and documentation for all counseling activities.
Prepare regular reports on department performance and student outcomes for senior management.
Manage the department's budget and resources efficiently.
