- Supervise and take responsibility for Front Office during working shift.
- Controlling the working areas and the lobby. Support team members in the process of check-in, check-out, and handle guests' requests/complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handling the incidents happening during the shift and reporting accordingly.
- Instructing staff in credit card and cash handling processes, ensuring safety and compliance with the company's policy.
- Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known by the whole team.
- Build strong relationships with other departments to provide the best service to guests.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in training and recruitment of the department.
- Take responsibility in the absence of the Front Office Manager and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher, major in Hospitality or English preferred.
- Good communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and PMS Opera.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience as a team leader in Front Office is an advantage.
- Good understanding of hospitality and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and logical thinking skills.
