Description
* Lead the Finance, Accounting and Analytics Team across several regions
* Ensure all reporting is delivered in a timely and accurate manner
* Guide and support the executive team with compelling business insights
* Ensure all tax compliance and governance requirements are met
* Strive to identify business improvements and optimise process where possible
* Lead, develop and coach the F&A team - support their career progression
* Support M&A opportunities via DD
* Monitor and manage cash-flow
* Partner with various non-finance stakeholders as a strategic business partner
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance Leader with a proven track record in developing high-performing teams. You will have worked in fast-paced, dynamic businesses previously. A combination of experience within MNC and Start-up/Tech businesses will enable you to transition into the role with confidence.
You will have an ACCA/CPA and have a strong understanding on technical accounting. Furthermore, you will have had experience as a business partner, providing insightful analysis to various business partners to support decision making.
Prior experience working within a global environment, in a regional role is highly preferred.
The position will be based in HCMC and it is required that you will be able to speak Vietnamese.
