Definition of the job:
The Corporate Quality Director will define, lead, and execute the company's overall quality strategy to ensure world-class standards within the automotive sector. The Director is responsible for establishing the vision and framework (system) for the Quality function, ensuring all products and processes meet or exceed regulatory and customer expectations. The role involves direct collaboration with key internal stakeholders across production, R&D, supply chain, and customer service to guarantee end-to-end quality assurance being the company represent in front of customers and suppliers in case of incidents. The Corporate Quality Director is also accountable in projects management being the chairman of the Phase Validation Committee in charge to validate all projects phases and ensure customer satisfaction in projects. This position will report to Chief Operations Officer.

Position responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Strategy
- Quality Strategy: Define and implement the corporate quality vision, strategy, and goals. Ensure compliance with global standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6:3, ISO 9001, etc.).
- Leadership: Lead and manage the Quality department, supporting all other departments. Build and train a high-performing Quality team.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement using core tools like QRQC, Gemba walks, Monozukuri. Implement advanced quality control techniques.
- Supplier Quality Assurance: Manage the Supplier Quality Assurance program, ensuring all suppliers meet stringent quality standards. Conduct regular audits and develop improvement programs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer quality issues and ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards. Prepare for and attend audits.
- Data-Driven Management: Implement Quality Management Systems to track KPIs and use data analytics for proactive quality improvements.
- Compliance & Certification: Ensure compliance with quality and environmental regulations. Lead external audits and certifications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align quality expectations across departments and act as a key contact for quality-related matters.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality risks. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Sustainability: Integrate sustainability practices into the quality management system. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and drive sustainable practices.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual Quality department budget.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior quality management role within the automotive industry.
General competencies: English, Microsoft Office Package, Time management, Communication, Presentation, Training skill, Team work, Design-thinking, Negotiation, Attention to the details/Commitment to quality
