KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Recruitment:
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for UK, Japan, and the US business teams.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for critical business roles, ensuring a proactive approach to hiring.
Regional Recruitment:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for development and delivery teams in Vietnam, including software engineers, project managers, and related roles.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand technical hiring needs and stay ahead of market trends.
Talent Strategy on Resource Management:
Partner with the management team to forecast hiring demands and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Directly manage resource planning to ensure deep insight into current and future talent needs.
Identify and engage senior-level candidates for specialized, high-impact roles.
Employer Branding:
Drive initiatives to strengthen the company's employer brand across target markets.
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and online platforms to connect with top talent.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure an exceptional, seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Leverage modern recruitment tools and technologies to streamline and professionalize processes.
