RESPONSIBILITY
• Visual Development
Responsible for creative development for key visuals, product and talent shooting, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all retail touchpoints.
1. Concept development: Collaborate with the MKT, VMD/IHD, Retail Activation, D2C team to conceptualize and develop creative briefs for key visuals, product photography, and talent shoots (in-house production).
2. Key visual development: Develop and manage the creation of key visuals for in-store display and POSM, retail activation activities, promotional materials, and digital campaigns (including e-commerce platforms).
3. Managing visual adaptation: support IHD team in all online-offline communication assets, including social posts, promotion ads, livestream, email marketing, workshops and activations.
• Video Production
Involved in the process of video production, creating engaging, high-quality content that showcases products, builds brand perception, and drives sales, whether through product demos, customer testimonials, or interactive shopping experiences.
1. Create compelling and relevant content: MKT (OOBE), workshop materials (presentations, handouts) together with project owners, from pre-production (storyboard, script), to production (setup and shoot, animation), and post-production (editing flow, audio, color & effect).
2. Handle video editing: deliver appealing visuals, informative content, and emotional resonance. Tailor videos for platform optimization (e.g., Website, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
• Project Collaboration
Project Management: Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that project requirements and deadline are met.
1. Retail MKT activities - online & offline communication: join to support Retail Activation team in planning and creating necessary materials in preparation for product launches and activation.
2. Shoot planning and coordination: Plan and coordinate product and talent shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and logistics.
3. Content planning and scheduling: Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms. Liaise with internal and external photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors (as needed).
Other tasks as required by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Study in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, CapCut)
• Experience in art direction and photoshoot coordination are preferred. Given portfolio showcasing relevant works.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication.
• Can commit to work full-time in 6 months.
