Graphic Design

1. Installation Responsibilities
• Manage schedules in line with the mall opening timeline
• Plan and design internal and external signage systems (wayfinding, directional signs, etc.)
• Understand on-site construction conditions and manage design quality, coordinate design details, and supervise the installation of signage.
• Review design drawings and coordinate construction details for signage hardware.
• Review and coordinate tenant brand drawings to ensure alignment with mall design guidelines
• Maintain project files related to the new Mall opening, including punch list, photos and etc... & Manage project schedule and cost.
• Develop environmental graphic elements (wall graphics, digital content, etc.)
• Support and develop decoration design and Signage Design: Neco, banner, entrance door...
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements (Creating sketches, images, and layouts)
• Research Design Concept, Propose a creative idea
• Prepare reports for design evaluation and decision-making.
• Ensure design compliance and maintain documentation records.
2. Visual & Manufacturing
• Manage design and production schedules in line with the mall opening timeline
• Work closely with the partner company for design development, review drawings, and finish samples.
• Develop environmental graphic elements (wall graphics, digital content, etc.)
• Support and develop decoration design and Signage Design: Neco, banner, entrance door...
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements (Creating sketches, images, and layouts)
• All LEDs in the mall, or imagery for digital and printable products
• Support design image for offline event: Standee, Banner, Backdrop, Leaflet, Voucher, Gift...
(Develop the design and overall layout for advertisements, banners, standee and more)
• Check printing manufacturing in various materials, and amend designs based on feedback
• Manage design changes, inspections (interim/final), and contractor payments.
• Manage design across all phases (concept to installation documentation).
• Ensure design compliance and maintain documentation records.
• Plan project schedules and coordinate with relevant teams.
3. Others
• Support VM planning.
• Coordinate with departments, manage defect lists, and follow up on issues.
• Comply with company regulations and perform other assigned tasks.
