Networld Asia Group is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic
Designer to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary creative team. This role plays a crucial part in transforming insights and strategies into compelling visual assets across a variety of industries and platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure each design solution aligns with brand strategy and creative objectives.
Job Description
Collaborate with Account teams to gather debriefs, brand insights, key messages, and creative directions from clients across different sectors (FMCG, fashion, tech, lifestyle, etc.).
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and concepts based on campaign briefs and business objectives.
Translate ideas into strong visual concepts through moodboards, sketches, and presentation decks that tell a compelling story.
Design a wide range of assets including key visuals, social media content, branding materials, digital ads, packaging mockups, presentation slides, etc.
Ensure consistency of visual output with brand tone, guidelines, and target audience expectations.
Proactively consult with internal team and clients on visual approaches and design direction to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives into every project.
Perform other creative or design-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience performing as a Designer in agencies;
Had experience and artistic mindset of various categories in advertising industry;
Proficient in using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD...);
Knowledge in Sketch, UI/UX, Artificial Intelligence is an advantage;
Always keep up-to-date with industry best-practice, new technologies, and trends;
Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects;
Clear, creative, and supportable;
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate.
