Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to support the Marketing, Communications and Sale teams with high-quality visual materials and fast-turnaround creative execution.
The role will focus on marketing and sales collateral, digital content and video creation, ensuring all materials are visually consistent with the project's brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, adapt and edit marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, factsheets, presentations, proposals, membership and villa materials.
• Create, adapt and edit visual content for social media, digital campaigns and marketing channels, and guide agencies on visual execution.
• Create and edit short films and video content from 3D renders/CGI, including social videos, project films and basic motion graphics.
• Brief, guide and review agencies on 3D renders/CGI and social content, ensuring visual quality, accuracy and alignment with the brand direction.
• Create AI-generated visuals and use AI tools for image enhancement, visual development and creative adaptation.
• Adapt floor plans and basic architectural drawings for marketing and sales materials. Adapt agency creative concepts across formats while maintaining brand consistency and luxury visual standards.
• Support Sales with fast-turnaround and client-specific creative requirements.
• Manage artwork, print production and vendor coordination, including briefing, proofing, colour/print checks and quality control.
