Graphic Designer (Vietnam-based, Full-time Remote)

Scope of Work
As a Graphic Designer, you will support the creative development and design of materials for corporate events, client projects and marketing activities in Singapore and across the region. You will work closely with the Project, Marketing and Production teams to translate briefs into engaging visual concepts and deliver designs that meet client requirements, brand guidelines and production specifications.
Your responsibilities include
Develop creative concepts, key visuals and design proposals for corporate events, campaigns and client projects.
Design event materials such as backdrops, stage graphics, signage, banners, registration displays, invitations, programmes and presentation slides.
Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites and other marketing channels.
Adapt approved designs across different formats, dimensions and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Support the preparation of client proposals and presentations with layouts, mood boards and visual mockups.
Refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare artwork for print and production, ensuring accurate dimensions, resolution, colour settings, bleed and file formats.
Perform other design-related tasks as required to support the successful delivery of events and projects.
Requirements
Relevant experience in graphic design, visual communication or a related field. Experience in an events, creative or marketing agency is an advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and the ability to design across print and digital formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
A good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and brand consistency.
Familiarity with print production requirements and preparing artwork for large-format printing and event fabrication.
Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to understand briefs and communicate design ideas clearly.
Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable collaborating through email, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
Familiarity with PowerPoint or Google Slides for presentation design.

Full-Time Remote Position: This is a full-time remote position based in Vietnam. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Vietnam time.
Tax & Insurance: There is currently no local company entity in Vietnam. The company does not cover Vietnamese personal income tax, social insurance, health insurance or other statutory contributions under the proposed arrangement. Candidates are encouraged to take this into consideration when discussing their expected salary and overall compensation requirements.
