Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, key visuals, brochures, presentations, packaging, and advertisements.
Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account teams to ensure visuals align with campaign strategy and brand guidelines.
Adapt master visual key assets across different formats and platforms (digital, print, OOH, etc.).
Maintain consistency in design across all projects while exploring creative innovation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
Prepare final artwork files for production or online use.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and tools.
Candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print.
Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
