JOB DESCRIPTION
Design POSM materials for Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT), including standees, wobblers, shelf talkers, banners, posters, dealer signboards, acrylic displays, and promotional materials.
Create 2D display mock-ups, planograms, shelf layouts, and merchandising guideline materials in collaboration with the VM team.
Design campaign key visuals and supporting marketing materials for promotions and in-store activations.
Design digital assets for E-commerce platforms, including store decorations, product infographics, banners, and promotional visuals.
Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, color profiles, and production specifications.
Revise artwork and layouts based on feedback from Marketing, VM, and business teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Agency is a plus).
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual composition.
Basic knowledge of print production and digital design.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
