Graphic Designer

Build like a founder. Ship like Spartan.
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a product mindset. You'll help shape how Spartan and our products look, feel, and communicate - from brand assets and marketing campaigns to product visuals that support user experience.
We work with startups backed by YC, Pear VC, a16z, Techstars, and other fast-moving companies across the US. Many of our partners are building AI-first products, internal tools, and startup MVPs where speed, ownership, and clear thinking matter
What You'll Do
Design visual assets for product, marketing, employer branding, and social media.
Create key visuals, presentations, landing pages, illustrations, and other digital materials.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Maintain and evolve Spartan's visual identity across different touchpoints.
Explore design trends, AI tools, and new workflows to improve quality and speed.
What We Care About
Must Have
2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in tech companies, startups, or digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and marketing design.
Proficiency in Figma and Affinity/Adobe Creative Suite.
Good understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for SaaS or digital products.
Motion design or basic video editing skills.
Experience using AI design tools to improve workflow.
