Group Brand Manager (Vietnam)

We are seeking for experience professional in retail industry with strong expertise in jewelry & time pieces to manage and develop some of the most well-known and beloved brands in Vietnam. The position will be responsible for driving a team of 4 to manage the overall P&L as well as ensure the sustainable growth of the brands through all channels like wholesales, retails & e-commerce.
Description
* Spearhead both the online & offline strategy to ensure the delivery of business objectives
* Responsible for growing sales through channels including wholesales, the expansion of retail channels and e-commerce
* In-charge of category management including pricing strategy, sourcing to push sales, improve competitiveness and utilize market growth
* Responsible for overall retail operation including setting up new stores, stock inventory, logistics & wholesale partners capability improvement
* Champion the brands DNA in Vietnam by working with global brands team to ensure effective marketing campaigns are implemented with good ROI.
Profile
* Relevant bachelor degree in business or finance with more than 8 years of experience (preferably in fashion, accessories, jewelry or timepieces is a huge plus)
* Fluent in English
* Strong proven track record of managing wholesale, KAM
* Solid experience and a track record of engaging and partnering with wholesale accounts to deliver win-win business outcomes
* Decisive with entrepreneur mindset
* Strong overall operational knowledge & attention to detail to deliver best in class customer service
