Measurement & Performance Oversight
Own the performance tracking framework across all marketing and branding activities - ensuring every initiative has clearly defined KPIs before launch
Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into what's moving the needle
Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews, surfacing insights and recommending concrete optimisations
Translate data into decisions: identify underperforming channels, double down on what works, and retire what doesn't
Growth Execution
Contribute and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels (SEO, paid, content, email, partnerships)
Build and optimise conversion funnels - from first touch to qualified lead - using A/B testing and iterative refinement
Collaborate with SEO, content, and ads specialists to align execution with measurable outcomes
Support sales alignment by ensuring marketing output directly contributes to pipeline and revenue metrics.

Yêu cầu

3 - 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B tech or eCommerce agency environment
Strong analytical foundation: you live in dashboards and know how to extract insight from noisy data
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools.
Proven track record of building or optimising conversion funnels and lead generation programmes
Experience running structured experiments (A/B tests, channel pilots) with documented results
Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and multi-touch measurement
Comfortable in low-volume, high-value B2B markets with complex, multi-stakeholder buyer journeys
Highly organised, proactive, and accountable - you don't wait to be told something isn't working
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 7.0 or above.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the Magento, Shopify, or Adobe Commerce ecosystem
Experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment serving eCommerce clients
