Mô tả công việc
• Greet and assist visitors and employees at reception and client suites with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage visitor access, meeting room readiness, cleanliness and hospitality services including refreshments.
• Support internal logistics such as locker assignments, access cards, and event setups.
• Respond to workplace requests via the Building Page and escalate issues as needed, while adhering to all safety and security protocols.
• Ensures positive guest/group experience, through personal interaction and attendance at functions or other interactions throughout the day.
Yêu cầu
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, receptionist, customer service, front desk or other front-of-house and customer-facing roles.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Positive attitude, emotionally intelligent, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
