Mô tả công việc
Work with local/ oversea suppliers to purchase goods, service and raw materials.
Leverage various sourcing channels, such as online platforms, and professional networks or conduct market research for supplier selection process by potential suppliers avaluation including financial stability, quality systems, and delivery performance.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Engineering, Accounting,... to ensure smooth and timely procurement.
Following up payment terms, Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely payment to suppliers and on-time delivery.
Cost Management: Actively seek cost-saving opportunities through cost analysis, and the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives.
Resolve any supply chain issues or disputes effectively and efficiently.
Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers for a prompt support and consultant.
Yêu cầu
University graduation, degree in economics, commerce, finance or related fields.
At least 3 years experience in equivilent position. Have knowledge or experience about Network products such as: Switch, firewall, assess point, access [protected info] an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Carefulness, honesty and able to work under high pressure
Good at computer knowledge and skills (MS Word, excel, Power point)
Good at English (both verbal and writing)

Just 5 working days per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30 PM, flexible time is available.
