Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for export/import airline operation.
2. Coordinate with relevant internal/external parties (e.g. Head office, Port Authorities,
CAAV, etc.).
3. Manage ULD and accessories stock control.
4. Perform cargo operation duties.
5. Handle cargo irregularities and deal with customer complaints.
6. Assist with other related duties as assigned.
IMPORTANT
1. Work location will be located in NTS Building, Noi Bai Internation Airport
2. Shift work required (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight).
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
1. Hold a bachelor's degree.
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
3. Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
4. Depending on business and operation necessity, may be asked to work overtime.
5. Requires flexibility to adjust shift assignments during emergency situations.
Education
1. Bachelor's degree and above.
Work Experience
1. Experience in the Aviation industry is a plus.
Language Requirements
1. Proficient in English
2. TOEIC score of 650 or above is required (or any equivalent English proficiency certificate).
