Register new products in the S-MRO/ERP system based on requests from SERVEONE America.
Create product master data including product name, specifications, UOM, manufacturer, category, images, and other required information.
Ensure product registration is completed accurately and within the target lead time.
Coordinate with SERVEONE America regarding missing or unclear product information.
Monitor registration status and provide regular progress updates.
Escalate registration issues or delays promptly.

Product Data Management
ERP / S-MRO System experience preferred
Communication Skills (Fluent English)
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)

Willing to work overtime, high pressure & strict Deadline.
