The Job
Responsibilities
- Define test automation strategy and process to optimize its contributions to project success
- Design and develop test auto frameworks and test scripts for API, E2E, functional, regression testing
- Establish and implement metrics to measure the impact and efficiency of test automation activities
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation of test automation
- Support manual test team to perform testing activities in project if needed
- Conduct reviews and deliver essential training sessions on test automation for junior team members.
Your Skills and Experience
- From 5+ years of experience in test automation/hybrid (manual & automation testing)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
- Proven experience in test auto frameworks like Selenium, Playwright or any other frameworks
- Experience in API test automation with Postman, RestAssured, Playwright or any other tools
- Strong programming skills in one of programming languages, such as Java, JS, Python...
- Experience in working in cross functional or agile teams
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
- Good English communication and documentation skills
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus
- We are open to hire expats with Principal level.
