Hanoi Principal/ Senior Hybrid QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define test automation strategy and process to optimize its contributions to project success
• Design and develop test auto frameworks and test scripts for API, E2E, functional, regression testing
• Establish and implement metrics to measure the impact and efficiency of test automation activities
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation of test automation
• Support manual test team to perform testing activities in project if needed
• Conduct reviews and deliver essential training sessions on test automation for junior team members.
  

• From 5+ years of experience in test automation/hybrid (manual & automation testing)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
• Proven experience in test auto frameworks like Selenium, Playwright or any other frameworks
• Experience in API test automation with Postman, RestAssured, Playwright or any other tools
• Strong programming skills in one of programming languages, such as Java, JS, Python...
• Experience in working in cross functional or agile teams
• Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
• Good English communication and documentation skills
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus
