Responsibilities
System Analysis & Design
Participate in business requirement analysis, system architecture design, and detailed design for the company's products and projects.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks based on performance, cost, and scalability requirements.
Review system designs and code, and establish and maintain technical standards across development teams.
Presales & Solution Consulting
Research and propose technical solutions for presales activities, including customer requirement analysis, solution architecture, effort and resource estimation.
Collaborate with Sales, BA, and PM teams to prepare solution documents, proposals, PoCs, and present/defend solutions to customers.
AI Application
Research and apply AI to the software development process to improve team productivity, including AI coding assistants, automated testing, code review, and documentation generation.
Apply AI to optimize system performance and quality, including log analysis, incident prediction, query optimization, and infrastructure resource optimization.\
Participate in developing AI features/products by integrating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation for internal business operations and customers.
Development & Operations
Develop, test, and maintain Backend and Frontend modules according to established quality standards.
Participate in deploying and operating systems on Cloud environments; build and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident handling.
Optimize system performance through profiling, database tuning, caching, and infrastructure cost optimization.
Collaboration & Project Management
Participate in project management for both Outsourcing and Product projects, including planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and technical risk management.
Work directly with customers, partners, and relevant teams (BA, QC, DevOps, Sales, Operations) to align on project scope and technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including hands-on experience in a Fullstack role.
Backend: Proficient in at least one programming language/platform such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET, NodeJS, Python, or Golang; strong knowledge of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, message queues, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
Frontend: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework such as ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular; understanding of responsive design and client-side performance optimization.
Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP; good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience in deploying and operating production systems, including deployment, monitoring, logging, and incident handling.
Experience managing both Outsourcing and Product projects; good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in system analysis, system design, and presales solution development.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to read technical documents, write documentation, and communicate/present directly to international customers and partners.
