Mô tả công việc
Wink Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the Front Office and Food & Beverage department at Wink space (mainly focus in Front office section such as guest experience, the front office operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth daily operations), and efficient coordination among departments.
This position is also multi-tasking and responsible for F&B service at Wink Space, together with Wink Experience Manager (background F&B).
This position reports to General Manager and will work closely with other Department Heads.
Yêu cầu
• Above 05 years' experience in hotel operations, at least 02 years as Assistant Front Office Manager/Executive Lounge Manager/Guest Relations Manager in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
