Mô tả công việc
Role Summary:
• Accountable for providing technical helpdesk support to end-users
• Responsible for carrying out system administration work and daily operation tasks including support call handling, network equipment monitoring, server and user computer support, and backup service.
• Provides leadership to current IT staff members.
• Manages assigned operational and administrative functions of the Information Technology.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide tier-1 helpdesk support and solutions to users
• Coordinate internal support teams working task
• Review overall systems performance and continue enhance system performance and stability
• Provide all-round technical support and troubleshooting in network connectivity, VC/Zoom, Office applications, server hardware , Virtual Machines , Laptops and Desktops
• Monitor the healthiness in IT servers & equipment, IT security risks and control
• Administration of network, firewalls, servers, PCs and VPN
• Coordinate responsible contractors and service providers to conduct regular maintenance and repair services for IT hardware, network and software;
• Perform necessary data backup and restore with daily preventive maintenance and logging of any IT fault , support calls and incident events;
• Perform administrative duties in managing IT inventory and assets, warranty and maintenance arrangement of IT hardware and software and service subscription
• Perform IT procurement and replacement of obsolete / fault PC and equipment, movement and relocation of IT equipment, evaluation of IT product and solutions for frontline service use in delivery of proper and modernized IT services
• Perform regular Risk Assessment and Maintain ISO 27001 certification & compliance
• Ad-hoc project support
• Knowledge of ISO-27001 Requirement
• Knowledge of PABX (Avaya IP Office)
Yêu cầu
Qualification:
• College above major in information Technology or related field;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in network and server support;
• Able to communicate by English or Chinese
• Must possess strong problem solving and technical skills in LAN/WAN, server and windows server system;
• Knowing SQL database, Exchange server, ISA proxy server, Windows server and so on IT basic technologies
• Familiar with PABX Telephone system, Nortel PABX is preferred
