Risk and Fraud Analysis
Track and identify unusual patterns and trends related to risk and fraud activities.
Fraud Detection and Monitoring
Oversee and improve automated fraud and risk prevention systems using Make and Windmill.
Set up and maintain monitoring processes to detect potential fraudulent activities.
Investigate fraud cases, gather evidence, and document findings.
Work with the Risk team to handle fraud incidents, enforce driver sanctions, and recover losses.
Risk Management and Mitigation
Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and procedures to reduce risk and prevent fraud.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of risk control measures and suggest improvements when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis
Generate detailed risk and fraud analysis reports.
Support special projects by providing insights and solutions to address risk and fraud issues.
