PARTNERSHIP INTERN:
The Role Includes:
Support in conducting the overall marketing plan with the Organizer and Pitch to the team.
Scan the market for leads, ensure rigorous follow-ups and assist in setting up of meetings for the Organizer
Monitor industry activity and market trends relevant to the sponsorship of TEDxĐaKao
Put together pitch emails, proposals, and marketing collateral toward convincing brands to partner, set up the meeting schedule for the Organizer.
Be actively involved in meetings with the Organizer, support to follow up emails, phone calls, and other tasks.
Need to liaise and correspond with partners once they come onboard
A critical part of the role is client servicing - to be able to deliver on pre-agreed deliverables from both parties
Team-work is an important part of the job role. You will need to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Skill set required:

Ability to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and processes to promote TEDxĐaKao properties
Build and set up posts for social media campaigns and set them on Facebook, and online websites.
A highly organized, confident self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Self-sufficient, hands-on DIY orientation, multitasking, trustworthy, and reliable
Proactive and goal oriented with strong willingness to learn and constantly improve
Excellent capacity to learn quickly, think on the fly and self-teach as required
Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Respect the timeline, able to focus on the end mission of the overall community.
Able to compromise on working remotely and presence when there're meeting requests from the organizer as many as possible.
Able to finish all the tasks according to the timeline while working remotely.
Education & Experience:
In your 20s-30s
Understanding the principles of marketing and community building
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Tools and techniques
Communication and influence skill
Other technical background is not required!

PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER VOLUNTEER
The Role Includes:
Capture high-quality photographs and videos during TEDx events, including speaker presentations, performances, and audience reactions. Ensure that key moments, emotions, and impactful visuals are documented effectively.
Use your artistic skills and creative vision to tell captivating visual stories that reflect the spirit of TEDx events. Create engaging photo essays, video montages, and highlight reels that capture the essence of the event and its speakers.
Assist in setting up and organizing photography and videography equipment prior to events. Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the event.
Edit and enhance photographs and videos to achieve the desired aesthetic and visual impact. Apply color correction, cropping, and other editing techniques to optimize the final output. Deliver final edited files in a timely manner.
Basic requirements:
Live in Ho Chi Minh City and be willing to attend the volunteer briefing day, rehearsal and official event day
Laptop and good internet connection
Relevant software and equipment (such as Professional DSLR/ Mirrorless Camera/ Professional HD Video Cameras/ Memory Cards)
CONTENT PRODUCER VOLUNTEER
The Role Includes:
Create, edit, and publish visually appealing and effective graphic design, photos, and video content for social media and press;
Edit professional photos/videos for speakers and at events as needed
Research, work and review with Organizer and Team topic selection, production style, concepts
Manage production processes and work with additional team/partners if needed
Upload contents, add subtitles to videos on Facebook page and Youtube channel
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Skill set required:
3rd or 4th-year college student or recent graduate
Having experience working for events is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Tools (or equivalent) and techniques
Ability to meet strict deadlines, pivot projects quickly, able to focus on the end mission of the overall community.
Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
