Job Roles & Responsibilities:
This role is to support line managers in driving business success by leveraging data analytics, optimizing compensation and incentives and aligning sales strategies. The incumbent ensures effective monitoring agency performance and supports sales quality and outcomes.
1) Contribute to Business-As-Usual (BAU) Reporting: Participate in the preparation and analysis of regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making and operational tracking.
2) Provide timely data analysis and insights for senior leaders, ensuring timely and accurate analysis.
3) Support Reporting Platform Transition: Assist the Performance team in validating data accuracy during changes to internal reporting systems.
4) Assist in Testing Sales Quality Metrics: Participate in testing new persistency formulas and system updates to ensure accurate measurement of performance.
Job Requirements:
1) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Understand life insurance business
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
2) Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency to apply analytics in data model platform, such as SQL, Python, Excel
