Job description
The project assistant is accountable for the internal and
external communication flow and support in administrating the project
activities on behalf of CL2B. The duties involve a wide range of ensuring the
communication flow internally within the company and to our stakeholders to
achieve the goals of our projects and supporting the project via conducting
research & analysis. Your tasks involved:

Assisting the project manager in coordinating,
monitoring, and guarding all project objectives and activities and being pro-active
in discussing the project progress and results with stakeholders
·
Preparing meeting minutes and updates on the
project activities
·
Complete desk & field research on national
& international strategies, plans regarding circular economy
·
Independent writing of research reports and prepare
graphs, charts, tables and other visual data presentations as requested.
·
Assist project team in reviewing and
consolidating documents, materials, reports.
·
Perform other tasks as assigned by the project
manager and support project team upon request.
Requirement
a. Education
A bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration/ Society
/ Environment or related studies.
b. Knowledge & Skills
·
Highly motivated to work for the project
·
Excellent administrative and reporting skills,
attention to details
·
Basic understanding of and passionate with environmental
and social issues
·
Organizational and analytical skills,
problem-solving skills, creativity and ability to produce high-quality results
under time pressure
·
Good interpersonal skills
·
Experience in Microsoft Office applications and
appropriate organizational skills
·
Strong writing and communication skills in

Graduated or 1-2 years of relevant work
experience
·
Experience in NGO, or in community development,
including program/project implementation would be an advantage
·
Experience as a Project Assistant or in relevant
positions would be an advantage
