About the Role
We're looking for a
Designer Intern who loves creating visuals that tell stories and drive growth.
You'll design across formats - from graphics and social visuals to short-form videos - helping shape how Flowmingo looks, feels, and communicates across every channel.
This role is perfect for someone who's equal parts designer and storyteller - a creative who enjoys bringing ideas to life, crafting brand experiences, and supporting growth initiatives through design and content.
What You'll Do
Design & Visual Creation
Design social visuals, marketing assets, and motion graphics for campaigns and product launches
Create brand-consistent visuals for web, product, and community content
Support design needs for landing pages, email campaigns, and user education materials
Content Design & Multimedia
Ideate and help produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn videos)
Design thumbnails, storyboards, and post layouts to boost engagement
Experiment with new formats and styles that make Flowmingo stand out
Marketing & Brand Support
Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to translate ideas into visuals that convert
Maintain visual and tone consistency across all materials
Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and creative brainstorming sessions
Who You Are
Strong visual storyteller who understands design beyond aesthetics - you think in messages and impact
Skilled with design tools like Figma, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Comfortable with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, VN, etc.)
Understands social media content and what makes visuals perform
Fluent in English (written + spoken)
Curious, proactive, and self-driven - you learn fast and love experimenting
Thrive in fast-paced, creative startup environments
Nice to Have
Experience designing for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation
Understanding of content analytics and visual performance
Interest in AI, productivity, or future-of-work design
