About The Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Operations professional to be the operational backbone for our
brand marketing team. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns by managing workflows, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Success in this role is defined by flawless execution and exceptional stakeholder management.
Core Responsibilities:
1/ Campaign Execution & Process Management: Own the execution phase of marketing campaigns from an operational standpoint, ensuring all steps are followed, deadlines are met, and assets are delivered correctly.
2/ Stakeholder Coordination & Workflow Management: Serve as the central hub for all campaign-related paperwork and communication between internal stakeholders (Brand, Content, Product, Admin, Legal) and external agencies (media, creative, production).
3/ Operational Excellence & Systems Support: Maintain and organize the team's shared drives, asset libraries, and process documentation to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.
4/ Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the female gaming audience is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to communicate proactively/ effectively, manage complex/ multi-step processes, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira) and Microsoft Office is a must.
