JOB DESCRIPTION
You will support and be trained in the following tasks:
Collaborate with the internal Account team to work with brands in building business growth plans on Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
Assist in developing sales plans, including promotional programs, campaign calendars, and marketing budgets aligned with brand objectives.
Monitor and update key metrics (GMV, NMV, ROAS, CR, Traffic, Orders, etc.) on a weekly basis, and propose improvement actions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Account, Growth, B2C Marketing, etc.) to execute branding activities, such as booking KOLs/KOCs as per brand directions and developing content for different channels.
Review brand content: product descriptions, video content, product images, livestream quality, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Participate in meetings, report work progress, consolidate insights, and support brand-related requests.
Perform other tasks based on the team's and company's development orientation.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
3rd-4th year students or fresh graduates majoring in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce is required; prior projects/experience with Shopee or TikTok Shop is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Logical thinking, eager to learn, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; data analysis skills are a plus.
Passion for the e-commerce industry and a strong desire to build a career in the field.
