Risk Management team at ZaloPay gather highly motivated team players who dedicate in risk assessment, analyzing fraud & abuse patterns and then creating and adapting advanced prevention mechanisms while focusing on the user and customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Understand and maintain risk management process for promotion abuse;
- Do Risk assessment of promotion campaigns before launch, define strategies and risk mitigation plan;
- Work closely with Growth & Product team on continuously refining the promotion mechanics and Risk requirements to control, reduce abusive loss & cost without impeding user experience for the good users;
- Monitor promo abuse status and take actions to stop abuse during promo launch;
- Deep-dive into suspicious promotion abuse cases to identify abuser behavior, vulnerabilities of promo campaign;
- Work closely with Risk Data Analyst & Scientist on:
+ Analyzing normal users and promotion abusers to propose new mechanics/rules for further reducing abuse loss rate and false-positive rate;
+ Proposing mechanics/rules to increase coverage rate of Risk Engine with low impact to normal users;
REQUIREMENTS:
- From university with one of following fields: business related, economics, information technology
- Be open-minded, eager to learn new things and embrace challenges;
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills - ability to identify the root cause, evaluate potential loss, user experience impact; and quickly give solution;
- Great communication skills - ability to communicate well with teams to give persuasive opinions and define rules;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Nice to have:
+ Ability to interpret data, analyze and visualize results with tools;
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
+ Fluent in English.
As a Risk Management Intern/Fresher you will have opportunities to:
- Be involved in Fintech business with ZaloPay - expected to be one of the leading e-payment products in Vietnam;
- Wide up your knowledge in Risk management area of Fintech/ E-commerce industry;
- Be in charge of Risk management policy & operation for Promotion Abuse - one of three key components of Consumer Risk at ZaloPay;
- Work with our experts and get knowledge or deep insights (e.g., market, trends, user behaviors, etc.) from other components of Fintech area (e.g., business intelligence, data analysis, tech, product, etc.);
- Become a full-time employee as a Risk Analyst or Risk Data Analyst.
