JOB DESCRIPTION
• Upload in system, follow up and send Purchase Order/Sales Order to related dept
• Support to follow up project full cycle
• Update status report for each project
• Prepare for quotations
• Ensure all orders of goods are made and monitored in timely manner
• Submit related payment and ensure full payment is received, send purchase order invoice to Accounting team
• Support Accounting for related invoice
• Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Major in Logistics/Business Management/International Business or related major
• Good English skills
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Planning and organizing
• Critical thinking and problem - solving skills
• Female candidate only
