Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
English Teacher specializing in Business English to join our team. The role involves teaching virtual classes to working professionals and helping them develop the language skills they need to excel in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive virtual lessons in Business English tailored to working professionals.
Develop customized lesson plans and materials that address the specific needs of learners, including communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve measurable improvement.
Foster a supportive and professional learning environment, encouraging active participation and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and business communication trends to enhance the learning experience.
Train learners how to write AI prompts in English.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is a plus.
Proven experience teaching Business English to adults, particularly in virtual classroom settings.
Strong understanding of the needs of working professionals and the language skills required for workplace communication.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a dynamic, interactive learning environment.
Proficient with virtual teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, catering to diverse professional backgrounds and industries.
Be able to work 20 hours/week
Must have prior English teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching English to non-native speakers in corporate or professional contexts.
Familiarity with creating and using digital learning resources and tools.
Ability to track and report on students' progress effectively.
