Responsibilities:
Respond to and assist with customer inquiries received through email, phone, and other communication channels.
Support customer service activities by addressing non-technical requests and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
Assist with opening and maintaining customer projects by gathering required information, documentation, and product details.
Help coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Maintain and update customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Support data entry, document management, and administrative tasks related to customer accounts and projects.
Assist in tracking project status, customer requests, and follow-up actions.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation as needed.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team projects.
Adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security requirements.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably in the final year of university studies.
Available for a 3-6 month internship.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn about customer service, business operations, and project coordination.
