JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Descriptions:
The Customer Experience Analytics Intern will be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive insights. They will support project-based CX initiatives, collaborating with IT, Marketing, and DXT teams.
Job Descriptions:
Monitor and manage the customer survey system, Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to relevant stakeholders for insights and improvements.
Follow up & work closely with DXT team to enhance the system.
Coordinate with BU to fulfill customer contact data (name, email, VIP...).
Track and measure customer responses, including NPS, CSAT, and response rates across different business units.
Monthly updated report to related stakeholders.
Work closely with stakeholders to run CX project including:
Managing the timeline of project.
Prepare & support admin tasks (collect data, communication documents, arrange meeting...).
Prepare, propose and enhance CX communication including email template, customer list preparation, send communication out.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd or final year university student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Able to work full-time in 6 months.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback data.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Interest in customer experience, digital transformation, and data analytics.
