Customer service/Sales support

JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct daily work plan
Get data from online channels to consult customers,
improve sales figures through centralized platform
Actively search for
potential customers
Carry out external sales activities, market survey,
collect competitor information (when required). /
Track and update order status
Perform customer service to ensure best experience
Periodically follow up customers, exploit
customers, increase customer satisfaction when using services/products
Update and report sales activity
REQUIREMENTS
College degree or higher.
6 months - 1year experience in the position of
Omni-channel sales, B2B sales, telesales.
Prioritize engaging in
omnichannel sales, B2B sales, and telephone sales.
Proficiency office computer tools
Strong at sales, communication, problem solving and
logical thinking
Proficient in English
