JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide consultation, receive, and respond to customer inquiries related to the company's products through email channels.
Handle and resolve complaints and customer issues and provide relevant information to the appropriate departments for complaint resolution. Record customer feedback to improve products and services.
Coordinate with the marketing department to implement advertising and promotional programs as required by the company.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English.
Experience in customer service and understanding of e-commerce operations is an advantage.
Strong high-end customer service mindset, able to quickly and timely handle arising issues.
Proficient in office computer skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Content creation planning, generating, and producing social content for all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and Twitter...
Daily social channel administration (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and fan interaction management (based on brand guidelines)
Create Social Content for Channels.
Monitoring and Researching Social Channels.
To produce images for digital material, you must be able to collaborate effectively with a design team.
Monitor and assess the efficacy of social content marketing operations.
Investigate social trends, adapt, and offer content methods to the planner and creative team.
Keep up with current popular culture and trends.
Can use Canva or other tools for design.
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
Proven track record of social content and product content creation (image, video, copy)
Excellent English reading and writing skills.
Ability to prioritize, plan and manage tasks effectively.
Ability to collaborate with teams.
Ability to present and communicate ideas effectively.
A consummate professional with experience in a deadline-driven environment, a quick learner, self-motivated, and an eye for detail.
Good research and analytical skills. Capable of processing and presenting data.
Experience in eCommerce, Facebook ads, email marketing or YouTube marketing is a plus.
A proficient mindset in visual design is a plus.
