What You'll Do
In charge of Interpretation & Assistant to GD, Performance Evaluation & Meeting Coordination:
1. Assistance to GD (Chinese)
− Assist the General Director for interpretation, translation and other related works.
− Prepare & generate reports as required.
− Follow up the key tasks with relevant Departments as required.
2. Performance evaluation
− Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations for the departments as assigned by Line Manager on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
− Collaborate with Department Heads to devise performance calculation methodologies for departments.
3. Meeting coordination
− Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the Board of Directors and relevant departments.
− Ensure timely dissemination of meeting memoranda to pertinent departments.
− All of other related tasks as assigned by General Director & Line Manage
Job Requirements
1. Education background:
− Undergraduate or bachelor's degree in Languages/ Business Administration /Economics or related major.
2. Working experience:
− No work experience is required.
− Having experience in Chinese Interpreter/ Assistant related positions is an advantage.
3. Skills:
− Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or above) & English.
− Excellence in communication & coordination
− Good organization skill with business mindset
− Excellence critical thinking & analytical skills
4. Others:
− Detail-oriented, Time-Management
− Willing to learn and willing to do
