What You'll Do
In charge of Training Execution, Material Development & Training Monitoring
1/ Training Plan & Execution:
Organize, develop, or source training programs tailored to specific needs.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
Track training outcomes, report results, and provide feedback to participants and management.
Collaborate with the Product Team to create comprehensive training plans.
Support new product launches through communication strategies, training tools, and related activities.
2/ Training Material Development:
Develop training aids like manuals and handbooks.
Continuously refine and update training materials for maximum effectiveness.
3/ Training Monitoring:
Deliver and monitor training for PS/ME at retail shops to ensure consistent information delivery.
4/ Additional Responsibilities:
Manage documentation, coordinate POSM production, and prepare campaign-related reports.
Job Requirements
1/ Education:
Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent.
2/ Experience:
No prior experience required-just your enthusiasm to learn and grow!
3/ Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
4/ Personal Traits:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Effective time management.
A proactive and collaborative mindset.
