JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing
Execution
●
Support the Marketing team in
executing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand
activities.
●
Assist in coordinating with
internal teams, agencies, KOLs/KOCs, and external partners to ensure smooth
campaign execution.
●
Support the preparation of
marketing materials, campaign briefs, and other documents.
●
Follow up on assigned tasks and
project timelines to ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
Content & Social Media
●
Assist in developing and preparing
content for social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Zalo OA, and
other digital channels.
●
Support the creation and
adaptation of captions, social media posts, short-form videos, and other
marketing content.
●
Monitor social media trends and
contribute creative content ideas relevant to the target audience and brand.
Campaign & Promotion
●
Support the implementation of
promotional campaigns, mini-games, activations, and other marketing activities.
●
Assist in coordinating campaign
assets and ensuring all materials are ready according to the campaign timeline.
●
Support the team in monitoring
campaign progress and collecting feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Reporting & Administration
●
Assist in collecting and
organizing marketing performance data and campaign results.
●
Perform other marketing-related
tasks as assigned by the Marketing Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
●
Final-year student or recent
graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
●
Passionate about the Fashion,
Lifestyle, Watches, and Accessories industries, with a strong interest in
trends, aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
●
Able to leverage AI tools
effectively while maintaining critical thinking, creativity, and attention to
detail.
●
Good communication and teamwork
skills.
●
Proactive, responsible,
detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
●
Good writing and content creation
skills.
●
Basic knowledge of social media
platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
●
Familiarity with Canva,
Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
●
Previous experience in Marketing,
Social Media, Content Creation, or participation in university marketing
projects is an advantage.
●
Good command of English.
