JOB DESCRIPTION
Make change happens - Participate in P&C project teams to help
improve our processes and service delivery to enhance employee experience.
Support learning and growth - Assist in coordinating training
sessions and gathering feedback on how we can improve.
Boost employee vibes - Help brainstorm and organize internal
events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
Keep things running smoothly - Update HR files and systems (yes,
there's admin work, but you'll learn a lot about structure and
compliance).
Research cool HR trends - Do light research on things like
workplace culture, Gen Z in the workplace, or HR tech tools-and share your
insights!
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing tertiary education, or recently graduated from a
relevant degree.
Completed modules in Organizational Behaviourial and Human
Resources.
Available for 6-month, full-time internship.
Strong interest in HR and talent management.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a
team.
Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment.
