JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and engage a diverse range of potential customers, finding new customers, including distributors, retail locations (e.g., schools, playgrounds, sports venues, restaurants, cafes, spas, foodservice providers, and more), along with both B2B and B2C markets.
Survey competitors' selling prices, propose, develop and implement sales policies and marketing support policies at the point of sale.
Coordinate with marketing department to build marketing campaigns related to sales channels.
Take care of the old customers. Responsible for customer debt.
Resolve customer complaints & feedback.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and foster relationships.
Timely report sales by week, month & other solutions that meet business goals.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the F&B or FMCG.
Quick, honest, responsible for yourself and your work.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
Have vehicle and laptop for work.
Being able to go on business trips to the province is an advantage.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
