1. Key Accountabilities:
Prepare test equipment and support the delivery of Computer-delivered IELTS tests on weekdays and weekends.
Act as an invigilator for Computer-delivered IELTS tests, in line with IELTS test-day procedures.
Perform administrative tasks supporting test organization, including test-day documentation and reporting.
Uphold IELTS test security and confidentiality requirements at all times.
Maintain the filing system for IELTS materials and keep accurate records of IELTS data on the relevant systems.
Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates, providing IELTS information and guidance in person, by telephone, and by email.
Welcome and support candidates on test day, resolving enquiries and complaints courteously and escalating issues to the Test Center Manager where required.
Assist with other IELTS examination matters as required.
2. Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Professional English communication skills, written and spoken (equivalent to IELTS 6.0).
Availability to work weekends (with compensatory leave arrangements).
Travel flexibility between test locations and cities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Awareness of, and commitment to, test security and confidentiality standards.
Ability to handle IELTS enquiries and resolve candidate complaints professionally.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach.
Team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
