JOB DESCRIPTION
Support teachers:
Give preliminary information on the student's level and the class's characteristics at the beginning of the course.
Support teachers in the class.
Classroom preparation:
Make sure the facility, materials, laptops, and other tools are ready for the class; Deal with technical and admin issues in the classroom
Distribute homework to students via the online platform ECO and make sure students' homework is graded by either teacher, teaching assistants, or your student care officer.
Student data input: manage data of students and classroom assigned (name, age, class, photo, homework grade, classroom attendance, mock test scores, progress test scores)
Tests: Administer progress tests, mock tests, and placement tests on the system.
Student care:
Fully aware of each student's progress in the classroom and be able to provide academic feedback and develop an academic plan for the student
Arrange extra sessions when students need further support from the school or are absent from class.
Student activities: coordinate with teachers, and teaching assistants to organize activities to improve students' skills and commitment to IvyPrep Education
Parent communications:
Approve online report after each class sent to parents, mid and final reports of the class to the parents; and call parents 3 times during one course to communicate about the students' program.
Class re-enrollment sales for the students to get into the next course
Campus-wide activities:
Support ACMs and ACs in organizing activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer service mindset
Dynamic, open-minded, enthusiastic, and proactive at work.
Ability to work in a team, good coordination.
Able to work full-time, in 8-hour shifts/day. Morning shift: 8am - 5pm. Evening shift: 13:00 - 21:00
At least 6 months of experience working in the related positions
Candidate preference:
IELTS 5.5 or upper
Knowledge of Teaching English
